We know it is a few months away, but we can’t help but start dreaming about the upcoming holiday season. With all that is going on these days, it is a fun distraction to imagine a bit of holiday decor and festive DIY projects. Mad In Crafts is a spray paint project expert, and has given us some really great Christmas spray paint projects and ideas. Here are a few of our favorites. If you love them, click through for her how to spray paint steps.

Take a look at how she updated her dollar store finds to create this band of festive Nutcrackers:

She used Aloha, Lala, Submarine, Motown, and 2nd Place Finish. Take a look here to find out how she did it and to see the before shots. We love how they now match her existing decor, but are still very Christmassy. We might want to try this in more traditional colors like Hot Sauce and Vegan or in Plutonium’s metallics

We love the translucent finish of these Ombre ornaments. She used 1st Place Finish and Polar on the first one, and 2nd Place Finish on an already red ornament on the second one. We think a translucent red like our Stop Light would also look great!
